This specially designed car seat is surrounded with improved Side Impact Protection wings and our softly–padded five–point safety belt that can be moved as a single unit to five positions to protect baby's head and body from all angles. A reinforced frame provides added safety. Designed for transporting a baby or child weighing five to twenty two pounds or up to thirty inches long, the Primo Viaggio SIP includes a removable plush pad for newborns and exclusive "Confort–dry" microfiber fabric that is breathable and ultra–soft on baby's skin. An adjustable hood protects baby from the elements, and the adjustable carrying handle has a rubber grip for comfort. The Primo Viaggio SIP is Travel System–compatible and attaches easily to any Peg Perego stroller. It unlatches with a convenient, quick–release design from stroller, chassis or car seat base.
